The TEAM TRAINING module, which has already been carried out several times, is intended especially for newly formed teams without previous experience.
The aim is to develop and consolidate the own business idea with the support of the AXEL team and external coaches.

AXEL helps you to shorten the long product development and marketing cycles typical for the energy sector. You will benefit from intensive mentoring and offers specifically tailored to your team.

In addition to the qualification program through training courses suitable for the energy sector, Team Development participants are offered extensive individual support services - mentoring. This support is provided by energy and business experts working on a voluntary basis and serves, among other things, to neutrally evaluate the potential for success, including the development of concrete proposals for action.

AXEL's mentors usually have an extensive network of their own. Together with the numerous contacts from the fokus.energie network, this creates the conditions for providing the founders with support in the acquisition of pilot applications and reference orders.

The mediation of early-stage financing is e.g. the support in applying for public funding, the active support and mediation with/to business angels, individual bank loans as well as start-up scholarships.

AXEL also supports the supported start-ups in public relations, e.g. via social media channels and newsletters as well as regular matching events with industry partners and supports with its own know-how in the publication of job advertisements and other everyday topics.

For female founders at AXEL, there are supplementary seminars within the Team Development program, which are thematically aimed exclusively at female founders and entrepreneurs.
